This Refund Policy explains the terms under which customers (“you”, “the Customer”) may return products or request a refund from TMS BRAND COMPANY INC. (“we”, “our”, “the Company”).
1. General Conditions
1.1. Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the date the Customer receives the order.
1.2. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
1.3. Only items that comply with the conditions described below are eligible for return or refund.
2. Eligibility for Returns
2.1. A product may be returned if:

2.2. Products with visible signs of use, damage caused by the Customer, or missing critical components may be rejected.
2.3. For cosmetics and personal-care items: returns are accepted only if the item has not been opened or unsealed, unless the item is confirmed to be defective.
3. Returns Due to Change of Mind
3.1. If you decide to return a product for personal reasons (change of mind, did not suit your expectations, etc.), the return is accepted provided it meets Section 2 requirements.
3.2. In such cases, the Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
3.3. The original shipping fee (if applicable) may not be refunded unless required by the Customer’s local laws.
4. Returns Due to Defects or Our Error
4.1. You are eligible for free replacement or refund if you received:

5.2. After reviewing your request, our support team will provide instructions and the return address.

5.3. Customers must ship the item with a trackable delivery service. A tracking number is required.
6. Refund Timeline
6.1. Refunds are issued within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
6.2. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
7. Exceptions
We may reject returns if:

the product shows signs of use;
