Return & Refund Policy

At Pettiko, we’re committed to offering products that help pets feel safe, calm, and comfortable, especially during rest and sleep. We believe you’ll love your purchase, and we recommend trying it for at least 14 days before deciding it’s not for you. If you’re not satisfied for any reason after 14 days and within our 60-day money-back guarantee, please contact us at admin@alvera-cosmetics.com.

Cancellation Policy

Any changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, your order may already be in processing and we may not be able to cancel it. If you cancel within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We encourage you to use your Pettiko product for at least 14 days to experience the full benefit. If you’re still unhappy and would like to return your items, you may request a return after 14 days and within 60 days of receiving your order.

Please note: shipping fees (if applicable) are not refundable.

To start a return, contact us through the form on our Contact Us page or email admin@alvera-cosmetics.com. For faster support, include your order number (or the name and email used at checkout).

Damaged Items

We package orders carefully to prevent damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. Packaging damage (such as a dented box) is not considered damage if the product itself is in good condition.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at admin@alvera-cosmetics.com and include a clear photo of the damage. If approved, we’ll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery

We do our best to deliver orders on time, but we are not responsible for delays outside of our control (including courier delays, customs processing, or other shipping issues). If you experience delivery problems, please contact the courier directly first. Pettiko is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and you do not notify us within 24 hours of placing your order, you may not be eligible for a resend or a refund.
